 Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made from Fairways Furnishing Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), whether purchased in-store, telephone or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

Products and Descriptions:
​An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase goods. A binding contract is only formed when we accept your order, by way of receipt in-store or emailed to you.

Prices and Payment:
Prices in-store vary with VAT as some disability items are VAT exemptable.
Payment must be made in full before delivery or collection of all and any goods purchased.

Delivery Service:
We offer free delivery within a 25 mile radius of our store, this is a free delivery service of goods purchased from us directly to your door. Our delivery team may offer to bring goods into your home however, they are required to keep footwear on at all times. It is your responsibility to ensure the access is safe and reasonable. That there is no risk to property or personal safety. This is all at the discretion of the delivery team who have the right to refuse entry into your home should you not meet these basic requirements, the items purchased will be delivered to your door if this situation should arise.
Note: We are not responsible for any damaged caused during the delivery is access is restricted, or if you insist on proceeding against our team's advice.

Delivery Timescale:
We offer an estimated lead time on all sales, however, these timescales are subject to reasonable change and no exact timescale should be considered as guaranteed. We will of course notify you of any delays should they arise.

Inspection and Acceptance:
Please inspect all goods upon delivery. You must report any visible damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns - In Store Purchases:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on in-store purchases unless goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please ensure that you purchase the items you need/want. If you change your mind on a colour choice etc after purchase, we will try our very best to adjust the order with the manufacturer however, this is not guaranteed if the item has already gone into production. Deposits are non-refundable on all orders to a maximum of 20% of the total value of the order.

Refund Method:
All refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible, however, a cash payment will be refunded in a electronic way, such as BACS.

Access and Installation:
It is your responsibility to ensure items will fit through doorways, stairwells, or lifts. We recommend measuring access routes before purchasing. We are not liable for items that cannot be delivered due to access restrictions. 

Data Protection:
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
